Terms of Use

PanoView Editor is an Adobe Photoshop plugin designed for editing 360° panoramic images within Photoshop.

Adobe, the Adobe logo, Creative Cloud, and Photoshop are registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and other countries. PanoView Editor is an independently developed software product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or produced by Adobe.

By accessing the PanoView Editor website, starting an evaluation trial, or installing and using the software, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using PanoView Editor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or use PanoView Editor.

PanoView Editor is offered under a one-time purchase commercial model for the purchased software release:

• • One-Time Purchase: You pay once for the license entitlement. There are no recurring subscription fees.
• • Lifetime License Entitlement: Subject to these Terms, purchasing a license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PanoView Editor under the applicable offering.
• • Scope of Lifetime: The term "lifetime" refers to the license entitlement for the purchased product version, subject to these Terms. It does not promise lifetime updates, ongoing support, permanent availability of online infrastructure, or compatibility with every future Photoshop or operating system version.

The license permits normal personal or professional use of the software by the authorized license holder according to the applicable license entitlement. You may use PanoView Editor to produce both personal and commercial photographic or creative work.

You agree not to:

• • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share unauthorized copies of PanoView Editor or its license keys.
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble PanoView Editor, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• • Bypass, circumvent, or disable license validation checks or entitlement security controls.
• • Use the software or website in violation of applicable law.
• • Attempt to compromise the website or licensing service.

PanoView Editor does not claim ownership of the photographs, panoramas, designs, or other creative content you edit using the software.

Using PanoView Editor does not transfer ownership of your creative content to PanoView Editor.

Software and compatibility requirements may change over time. Future versions of Photoshop, operating systems, or third-party software may require updates to PanoView Editor.

We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with all future Adobe Photoshop versions. Supported configurations are described in our System Requirements documentation.

Adobe Photoshop is required according to supported system requirements and is provided separately by Adobe. PanoView Editor is an independent product. Adobe, Photoshop, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the website, licensing services, and support, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Software entitlement is distinct from continuous network or service availability.

PanoView Editor is designed with offline access capability so verified users can continue editing during periods without active internet connectivity.

Any applicable refund terms will be presented at checkout or provided by the authorized payment provider. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Because PanoView Editor provides a free 7-day evaluation trial, we encourage prospective users to evaluate the software within their workflow and Photoshop environment before purchasing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PanoView Editor and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Results can depend on your Photoshop environment, document configuration, system resources, workflow, and third-party software. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PanoView Editor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the software or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, access to licensing services may be suspended or revoked in cases of fraudulent access, unauthorized redistribution, intentional circumvention of licensing systems, or material breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Use as the product or services evolve. When updates occur, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
